Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery will be by second class post and is only to the UK - there is NO CHARGE for posting

The cards and pictures are hand made to order - I will aim to post an order within 7 days of receiving it if not before - if you require an express delivery please do contact me

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, I ask that you contact me as soon as you find the damage/fault. Once confirmed (usually with an image), I will then send an identical / agreed alternative replacement to you or arrange to refund you via the method you paid for the item
